Do you require long term contracts for service?

No. Our service is provided on a month to month basis. We only require 30 days notice before termination of service so we can remove any of our management software from your network and assist you in the transition to another service provider. We believe that assisting you fairly in this way not only benefits you, the client, but we want your business back if you ever need us again.


My company is a 24/7/365 business. Do you offer service outside of normal business hours?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to assist you with whatever issues you may encounter, anytime, day or night, weekends, and even holidays.
